Welcome to Resist, owned and operated by Glorified LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Resist mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App immediately.
1. About Us
Glorified LTD is a United Kingdom–based technology company focused on digital well-being solutions for young adults.
The Resist app is designed to help users reduce excessive screen time, limit distracting apps, and promote mindful digital habits.
We are committed to building tools that encourage productivity and focus through features like app blocking, usage tracking, and habit systems.
Resist is continuously updated and improved to enhance user experience, system reliability, and data protection.
The app and all associated intellectual property are owned and maintained by Glorified LTD, which oversees all aspects of its design, operation, and compliance.
2. Service Availability
We strive to keep Resist running smoothly, securely, and consistently.
While we work to maintain continuous uptime, there may be occasional interruptions for updates, maintenance, or technical issues.
Glorified LTD is responsible for:
Ensuring the app operates according to published features and descriptions.
Protecting user data under GDPR and Apple App Store standards.
Providing technical updates, customer support, and transparent communication regarding any service changes.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue certain features or the entire service for business or security reasons, with prior notice where possible.
3. Subscriptions
By subscribing, you agree to:
Apple’s App Store Payment Terms.
Automatic renewal unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Pricing and billing terms displayed within the App Store.
Refunds are managed directly through Apple Support. Glorified LTD does not process direct payments or refunds outside of Apple’s ecosystem.
4. Intellect Property
All designs, branding, source code, features, and digital materials within Resist are the intellectual property of Glorified LTD.
These assets are protected under copyright, trademark, and international IP laws.
No part of the app may be copied, modified, or redistributed without our written consent.
5. User Data & Content
You retain ownership of any data you input into the app (e.g., goals, tasks, or progress).
By using Resist, you grant Glorified LTD a limited license to process and store that data solely for providing app functionality and analytics.
We do not claim ownership of user-generated content and do not sell personal information to third parties.
You can request deletion of all stored data by contacting support@resistapp.io.
6. Third-Party Services
Resist integrates third-party technologies such as:
Firebase (for analytics, authentication, and crash reporting)
RevenueCat (for subscription management)
Supabase (for secure data storage)
Each operates under its own privacy and data handling terms, which comply with GDPR and Apple App Store policies.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Resist is provided “as is” and “as available”.
While we work to maintain a reliable and high-quality service, Glorified LTD makes no guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet every individual expectation.
Use of the app is at your own discretion and risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glorified LTD shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the app.
Data loss, service interruptions, or unauthorized access.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you have paid (if any) within the past 12 months.
9. Termination
Glorified LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or app access if misuse, abuse, or violations of these Terms are detected.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting support.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect improvements, regulatory requirements, or business changes.
The updated version will be published within the app and on our official website. Continued use after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising will be handled exclusively in UK courts.
